Private Retreats & Sessions

Dedicated, 1:1 work with Erinn, tailored to you.

Private, 1:1 retreats and sessions with Erinn are for the people who have already attended at least one Find Your Song group event, who have a good sense of who Erinn is and how they work, and who are ready to dive into deeper processing in a more personal, supported way.  In a 1:1 context, we can attend to the deeper wounds and traumas implicated in your creative journey, that we can’t do in the same way in a group setting.

Somatically oriented, attachment and trauma informed sessions.

In 1:1 work, we deep dive into one specific issue surfacing in your creative life. Our 1:1 work together could be therapy, or coaching, depending on your goals. We will clarify and make those decisions together before starting any work.

Single sessions lasting 1-3 hours, or retreats of 1-3 days.

How it works

Before we begin any work at all, you will express your interest by submitting an application. This begins our conversation about what your goals are, and whether working together in this way is a mutual good fit.

If the conversation continues, we will connect by phone or zoom to clarify what we’ll be working on, how we will do the work, what we can each expect from each other, and anything else that helps us define the shape of our work.

Whether the actual work occurs in a session or retreat format, we will start with safety and stabilization. In other words, we will make sure your nervous system has the capacity to be with whatever comes next. For some, that is the entirety of the work, and for some, we may move into deeper processing. The final stage is about settling and integration, so you can carry your progress forward into your life.

This could be a fit for you if ...

You have one specific issue getting in the way of your creative life, and you have the time, energy, desire, and financial means to make a significant commitment. Examples include: a past trauma or wound blocking your musical development; a desire to become more embodied in your relationship with your musical practice; a difficult pattern that keeps showing up in your musical experience that you want to shift.Have one specific issue emerging in your creative life that you want support in working through. Examples include: a past trauma or wound blocking your musical development; a desire to become more embodied in your relationship with your musical practice; a difficult pattern that keeps showing up in your musical experience that you want to shift.

This is probably not the right fit if you’re not sure what you want to work on, you’re seeking general support, or you want regular, ongoing therapy. This is also not the right fit if you’re currently experiencing a mental health crisis - in this case, ongoing support from a different counsellor or therapist would be indicated.

Let’s start the conversation.

If you’re craving a deeper, more personal container for this work, let's talk.

Before moving into the work, we will collaborate to clarify all of the details, including investment, so you can make an informed choice about whether this is right for you.
